By joining our community, participating in events, or engaging in any of our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or taking part in any of our experiences.
1. Voluntary Participation
All members and participants join the Terrain Conquerors community voluntarily and at their own risk.
Off-roading, biking, cycling, trekking, and adventure drives involve inherent risks including but not limited to injury, accidents, vehicle damage, or loss of property. By joining or participating, you accept full responsibility for your personal safety, belongings, and vehicle.
2. Assumption of Risk
Terrain Conquerors, its founders, team, and community partners shall not be held liable for:
Any accident, injury, loss, or damage occurring during an event or journey.
- Any medical or repair expenses arising due to participation.
- Any personal decision or action taken by participants during events or expeditions.

3. Safety and Conduct
We encourage safe and responsible adventure. All participants are expected to:
- Follow safety instructions shared by event leads or marshals.
- Respect local laws, cultures, and natural environments.
- Avoid reckless driving, substance use, or any activity that endangers others.
- Maintain respectful behaviour towards fellow members.
4. Personal Responsibility
Each participant must ensure their vehicle, gear, and health are fit for participation.
You are solely responsible for:
- Your own vehicle maintenance and insurance.
- Carrying necessary safety gear and documentation.
- Informing the organizers of any medical condition before the event.
5. Media & Content Usage
By participating, you grant Terrain Conquerors the right to use photos, videos, and other media captured during events for community posts, promotions, or digital platforms, unless explicitly opted out in writing.
6. Community Spirit
Terrain Conquerors is built on passion, respect, and unity.
Any behaviour that disrupts the spirit of the community, including harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the platform, will result in removal from the group without notice.
7. Event Changes or Cancellations
Events may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen reasons. Terrain Conquerors reserves the right to make such decisions in the best interest of participants.
8. Indemnity
By joining the community, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terrain Conquerors, its founders, organizers, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Joining or participating in any Terrain Conquerors activity signifies your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in any community activities or events.
